    All orders are economy tracked via NZPost.

    All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
    Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
    Dispatch & Delivery times of style bundles may vary.

  • Product

    All items are hand-sourced ethically by me.
    Sizing is based on information gathered from the garment & our own measurements- we aim to provide accurate sizing.

    All Garments are hand-washed, steamed/ironed prior to listing- gentle & natural cleaning solutions used.
    I try my best to mend any imperfections however this is not always feasible; any imperfections and history of mending will be stated in the description of the relevant garment.

  • Packaging

    All orders are hand package by me using repurposed tissue paper, we use NZPost polymailers which are made from recycled plastics.

Returns

all returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date (Not the delivery date- this is to minimise the risk of garments being worn, used and or damaged prior to return)

We will not accept returns based upon "change of mind"

Items will be accepted for return if..

-Item/s have been returned within the prior mentioned time frame.
-They are in sell-able condition (as they were received).
-They are deemed damaged or faulty in a way that was not previously stated by Evoke prior to purchasing.
-The sizing was incorrectly disclosed by Evoke; via sizing and or measurements.

Items will NOT be accepted for return if..

-You wish to exchange or return the item due to a "change of heart".
-The item is the wrong size (does not fit) but sizing & measurements provided by Evoke were accurate.

disclaimer- all items that are returned for a refund will be refunded with shipping costs deducted. this may vary depending on shipping cost upon purchase.

Style bundle returns

Evoke does NOT accept returns on style bundles due to the nature of the purchase. The price of each bundle not only covers the items within the bundle but also the time, travel, labour and quality control that simply cannot be regained.
Please keep this in mind upon purchasing ★

However- if any items within said bundle appear to have faults that have not been disclosed by Evoke (I will never include faulty or damaged items in bundles for this reason however it may go undetected) then the customer is able to return the item within 10 days from delivery for a partial refund. shipping must be covered at the customers expense.
